Terms of Use
Last updated: September 3, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Sweepstakes Hunter, including the mobile app, website, subscription features, editorial listings, saved-list tools, alerts, Max Assist planning tools, and related services. By using Sweepstakes Hunter, you agree to these Terms.
Editorial Directory
Sweepstakes Hunter is an editorial directory and organization tool for publicly available sweepstakes information. Listings, summaries, fairness signals, alerts, saved-list features, and Max Assist planning tools are provided for convenience, organization, and informational purposes only.
Sweepstakes Disclaimer
Sweepstakes Hunter does not sponsor, host, administer, process entries for, judge, or award prizes for any listed sweepstakes. No app marketplace operator is a sponsor, host, administrator, processor of entries, or prize provider for any listed sweepstakes. References to sweepstakes, sponsors, brands, prize descriptions, official rules, or entry methods are for editorial identification only and do not imply sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, approval, or partnership.
Official Rules Control
Each sweepstakes is governed by the sponsor's official rules. Users are responsible for reading and following sponsor official rules, eligibility requirements, deadlines, privacy terms, entry instructions, and dispute processes. If app summaries conflict with official sponsor rules, the official sponsor rules control.
No In-App Entry Processing
The app does not submit entries, prepare entry materials for submission, mail entries, buy entries, buy contest credit, increase odds, or create prize eligibility. Users participate only through the sponsor's official site, official rules, or other sponsor-approved methods outside the app.
Free Access
Free access may include current contest totals, search, basic filters, locked catalog previews, and one complete contest that rotates daily. The daily sample may include editorial details and links to the sponsor's official rules and entry page. Other catalog listings may remain previewed or locked. Directory filters such as Free online and Guides help narrow listings. Contest-card labels such as Enter free online, Free online · account needed, Free online · personal link needed, Mail-in option, Sponsor instructions, and Check entry options are informational summaries; sponsor official rules control.
Paid Tiers
Web paid access: Pro Web includes full-directory details, official links, enhanced filters, an account-backed saved list, Hunt Log organization, private contest notes, logical reminder planning, and optional browser alerts where supported. Max Assist Web adds reviewed self-entry reference guides for supported listings. Eligible standard reference guides may be copied or printed/saved as PDF; sponsor-restricted and sponsor-generated-mailer guides remain on screen. Personal profile/autofill fields remain local to each platform. An opted-in browser Push API endpoint is stored separately with the account and remains specific to that browser. Sweepstakes Hunter never prepares or submits an entry. When displayed, Founding Lifetime is a one-time web purchase rather than an automatically renewing subscription. An eligible active mobile purchase may provide the corresponding paid tier on a linked web account, and an eligible web purchase may provide the corresponding tier in a linked mobile app.
The mobile app: Pro unlocks full-catalog details and official links, saved contests, Hunt Log personal activity records, enhanced filters, alerts, and organizer utilities. Max Assist includes every Pro feature and adds reference-only planning for eligible listings with a verified mail-in entry route, including official-rules checklists, mail-in reference sheets, guided next steps, and deadline planning. Paid tiers do not provide sweepstakes entries, contest credit, improved odds, prize eligibility, preferential treatment, or sponsor-administered benefits.
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout unless canceled before the next billing date. Apple or Google purchases are managed through the applicable marketplace account, including after their paid tier is linked for web access. Linking does not transfer the purchase, change its billing platform, or cancel it. When web checkout is expressly offered, Stripe processes the payment through RevenueCat Billing in U.S. dollars, and the signed-in web account receives the resulting access.
Web subscribers can use the account page's Manage current subscription link to stop future renewals, update eligible billing details, and view provider records. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the already-paid period, unless access is refunded or revoked. For web refund help, contact andre@sweepstakeshunter.com. Refund availability is governed by applicable law and the payment provider's terms.
Founding Lifetime is a separate one-time purchase for access to the current product for the lifetime of the product. It does not include future high-cost add-ons or services unless expressly stated. Buying lifetime access does not automatically cancel an existing renewable subscription; you must separately stop that subscription's future renewals. A free web account never requires payment information, and paid web checkout remains unavailable unless it is expressly presented on the website. Web checkout is offered only in the United States.
Accounts
If you create a web account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may not share credentials, bypass account or subscription gates, create accounts with false information, or use another person's account without permission. We may disable account access if we believe an account is misused, compromised, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.
Free web account creation may be available through the account page. Signed-in web users can immediately delete the entire account through that page. Mobile users can open Settings → Account deletion to delete the mobile account and local data, or use the public deletion instructions. A linked user may remove only the mobile identity while retaining the separately authenticated web account and shared workspace, or open the full-account flow, which verifies the active web session before deleting linked mobile identities and the shared synced workspace.
A user who controls both accounts may use a short-lived, single-use connection flow to link mobile and web identities. The server verifies each attached billing source and honors the highest eligible tier. Saved contests, Hunt Log activity, private contest notes, logical reminder intent, and product preferences may sync through the canonical account workspace. Personal profile/autofill fields, generated plans, store credentials, authentication sessions, and native scheduled-notification identifiers remain local. An opted-in browser Push API endpoint is stored separately with the account and stays tied to that browser.
You may disconnect linked access from the signed-in account. Account deletion does not cancel, stop renewal, refund, or otherwise change an Apple, Google, or web subscription, which must be managed separately through its original provider. Active subscriptions and completed lifetime purchases do not prevent immediate deletion; only a lifetime checkout whose final payment result remains unresolved may briefly delay deletion. Mobile account deletion clears account-associated local data before creating a fresh anonymous identity. Limited payment, refund, deletion-marker, account-connection audit, security, and support records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy. We may hold a connection for support review, prevent overlapping checkout, or revoke a connection when needed to address conflicting ownership, fraud, refunds, expiration, account security, or provider corrections.
User Responsibilities
- Confirm your eligibility before participating in any sweepstakes.
- Read official sponsor rules before entering.
- Provide accurate information to sponsors if you choose to participate.
- Pay postage or other external costs required by sponsor official rules.
- Comply with applicable laws, sponsor requirements, and third-party website terms.
- Independently verify deadlines, prize details, and entry instructions before acting.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use Sweepstakes Hunter for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent activity; scrape, copy, resell, or bulk-export app content except as allowed by law; interfere with the app, API, security controls, rate limits, or source-compliance controls; bypass subscription gates; misrepresent Sweepstakes Hunter as a sponsor or entry processor; or use app summaries or Max Assist materials to violate sponsor rules.
Manual Entry and Third-Party Restrictions
Some sponsor rules require entrants to handwrite, hand-print, hand-address, mail items individually, avoid bulk shipments, or avoid third-party and mechanically reproduced entries. For eligible listings with a verified mail-in route, Max Assist may summarize those requirements and create reference checklists, but users are responsible for manually preparing and submitting any materials required by sponsor rules.
Hunt Log records, entry counts, sponsor-limit progress, statuses, daily-entry reminders, and winner-check reminders are personal organization tools and may sync through an authenticated account workspace. They reflect information users manually record after participating outside the app. Sweepstakes Hunter does not verify that an entry was submitted, valid, received, judged, selected, or rejected by a sponsor, or that a user complied with the sponsor's limits.
Editorial Scores and Summaries
Fairness Scores, labels, summaries, alerts, flags, and recommendations are editorial assessments based on publicly available information and automated analysis. They may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate and are not legal advice, financial advice, odds calculations, prize guarantees, eligibility determinations, or sponsor endorsements.
Third-Party Links
The app and website may link to sponsor websites, official rules, app marketplace pages, account-authentication services, subscription management services, and other third-party services. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, entry processing, payment processing, subscription management, prize administration, or availability.
Ownership and License
Sweepstakes Hunter and its software, design, branding, editorial copy, scores, source organization, workflows, and other content are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own lawful personal use.

Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue app features, sources, listings, subscriptions, APIs, websites, or support channels at any time. We may remove listings that appear inaccurate, unavailable, noncompliant, risky, or unsuitable. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk, abused the service, or used the service in a way that may harm users, us, sponsors, platforms, vendors, or third parties.
Disclaimer and Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweepstakes Hunter is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that listings, summaries, alerts, deadlines, prize values, official-rules links, alternate-entry information, or third-party links will be accurate, current, complete, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweepstakes Hunter and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost opportunities, lost prizes, lost entries, sponsor disputes, entry errors, missed deadlines, third-party website issues, subscription platform issues, data loss, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to Sweepstakes Hunter will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Sweepstakes Hunter subscriptions during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sweepstakes Hunter and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and licensors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of sponsor rules or third-party terms, your sweepstakes participation, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Disputes
Before filing a claim, you agree to first contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally. Unless a different rule is required by law, disputes will be governed by applicable U.S. federal law and the law of the state where the owner of Sweepstakes Hunter is organized or principally located, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of Sweepstakes Hunter after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
