FAQ
What is included in paid web access?
Pro Web includes full contest details, official links, enhanced filters, a saved list, Hunt Log activity, private contest notes, logical reminder planning, and organizer settings tied to your account. Max Assist Web adds reviewed 1–2–3 self-entry guides plus personalized plans for eligible mail-in routes. You can build one plan or a batch of up to 20 tracked contests, then copy, download as text, or Print / Save PDF. Sponsor-restricted guides stay on screen and cannot be personalized, exported, or included in a batch. Personal profile/autofill fields stay only in the browser where you save them.
Can I use one purchase on mobile and web?
Account linking remains in final rollout checks. Once available, you can link the mobile and web identities you control. An eligible active Apple, Google, or web Pro or Max Assist purchase will unlock the corresponding tier across linked sessions, while billing, cancellation, and refunds stay with the original provider. Saved contests, Hunt Log activity, notes, logical reminders, and product preferences will be able to sync. Personal profile/autofill fields, generated plans, and login sessions remain local. If you opt in to browser alerts, that browser's Push API endpoint is stored with the linked account but is not copied to another device.
How do I disconnect mobile access?
After account linking is enabled, sign in to the web account page and choose Disconnect mobile access. The web account may lose mobile-derived paid access immediately. Disconnecting does not cancel the Apple or Google subscription or erase activity on either platform. If linking shows a review message or you no longer control one of the accounts, email andre@sweepstakeshunter.com.
Does Sweepstakes Hunter run sweepstakes?
No. The app is an editorial directory and organization tool. Users participate only outside the app through each sponsor’s official site and official rules.
What can I use for free?
Free includes current contest totals, search, locked catalog previews, and one complete contest that rotates daily. That daily sample includes its editorial details, official rules link, and sponsor entry link. The rest of the catalog remains previewed and locked until you upgrade to Pro. The mobile app also includes basic filters.
What do the directory filters mean?
Free online narrows the directory to verified no-purchase web routes. Guides finds supported listings with reviewed self-entry guidance.
What do the contest-card entry labels mean?
Enter free online opens a verified no-purchase web route. Free online · account needed means the free route requires a sponsor account. Free online · personal link needed means the sponsor creates your individual entry link. Mail-in option means the official rules include a no-purchase mail route. Sponsor instructions means the sponsor’s page is the safest source for that process. Check entry options means we have not verified a current free route, so review the official rules before choosing how to enter.
Do paid tiers buy entries or improve odds?
No. Pro and Max Assist unlock research and organization tools only. Pro unlocks full-catalog details and official links, saved contests, Hunt Log records, enhanced filters, alerts, and organizer utilities. Max Assist includes every Pro feature and adds reference-only planning for eligible listings with a verified mail-in entry route.
What do source checks and last-checked details mean?
They summarize when Sweepstakes Hunter last reviewed available contest information, such as official links, deadlines, eligibility, entry limits, prize text, and no-purchase entry details. They help users decide what to review first, but sponsor official rules remain the final source.
Does the app show requirement warnings?
Yes. Listings can show editorial signals when rules appear to mention items such as driver license, motorcycle endorsement, insurance, taxes/title/registration, pickup or travel, cash alternatives, 21+ eligibility, location restrictions, prior-winner or household limits, handwritten mail-in rules, and daily entry limits. These are rule-review signals only, and users must confirm the official sponsor rules.
Can Sweepstakes Hunter tell me if mail-in entries get the same multiplier as paid entries?
For eligible listings with a verified mail-in route, Max Assist can organize sponsor-stated bonus, multiplier, and entry-cap language. If the official rules are unclear, the app may suggest a question for you to ask the sponsor. Sweepstakes Hunter does not decide parity, and the sponsor's official rules remain controlling.
What is Hunt Log?
Hunt Log is a self-reported organizer included with Pro on mobile and web. You can mark activity you completed outside Sweepstakes Hunter and compare your count with sponsor-stated daily or promotion limits when those limits are clear. Authenticated linked sessions can sync this activity. Hunt Log does not confirm sponsor receipt, successful submission, eligibility, or compliance with official rules.
Does Max Assist prepare or submit mail-in entries?
No. Max Assist is available only as reference-only planning for eligible listings with a verified mail-in entry route. It does not submit, mail, handwrite, hand-address, or prepare entries for submission. You prepare and submit any required materials yourself outside the app.
How do Max Assist entry guides work?
Open a contest and look for a reviewed guide. An eligible standard guide organizes required details, preparation steps, and deadlines. On web, your saved browser-only profile can be merged into a single plan or a batch selected from Tracked, then copied, downloaded as plain text, or printed/saved as PDF. Sweepstakes Hunter checks current access and the current reviewed plan again before each export; your personal profile is not included in that request. Sponsor-restricted guides remain on screen as public-rule facts that you personally handwrite, prepare, and submit without autofill, export, or batching.
How do I manage a web subscription?
Sign in on the web account page and select Manage current subscription to stop future renewals, update eligible billing details, or view provider records. Cancellation normally leaves access active through the already-paid period. For web billing or refund help, email andre@sweepstakeshunter.com. Apple and Google purchases remain managed through their stores.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the mobile app, open Settings → Account deletion. Choose Delete mobile account and data for a mobile-only account. A linked user can choose Remove this mobile account to keep the separately authenticated web account and shared workspace, or Delete entire linked account to open the full-account flow, which verifies the active web session before confirmation. You can also use the public account-deletion page. Deletion remains available with active paid access. It does not cancel a subscription, stop renewal, or create a refund, so manage billing separately in Customer Center, Apple, Google, or the web billing portal.
Does lifetime access cancel an existing subscription?
No. Founding Lifetime is a separate one-time purchase. If you already have a renewable subscription, use its marketplace or web management page to stop future renewals after lifetime access is confirmed.
Review Notes
Free includes one complete rotating daily sample with editorial details, official rules, and the sponsor entry link; other catalog listings remain previewed and locked.
